Q: How do I know where to place the template for my door cutout?
To determine template placement for cutout opening, measure your pet’s height from floor to top of pet’s shoulder. Position the top of the template 2” taller than your pet’s shoulder measurement.
Q: Should I install my own pet door?
As with any home improvement project, if you do not have the tools or skills to properly install your pet door, we suggest using a professional handyperson or licensed contractor. You’ll find a list of installers on our website here.
Q: What are the most energy efficient pet doors?

Q: What is the cost of freight?
We offer shipping via Shippit which uses a range of carriers throughout Australia including Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers Please and TNT. There is a flat rate $15 AUD for all shipments within Australia with the exception of Fast Fit Doors which incurs an additional $25 fee for door to door shipment.
